way too hot and no air conditioning, felt like i was gonna get a heat stroke. but the service was amazing and fast, very caring and polite staff! would give them a raise if i could! came here on the 06/26/26.

We visited on 06/26/26 Friday night. Customer service is not good nor welcoming. Overall experience with the workers was not good. As I entered the store and walked towards the counter which two women were at, neither of them acknowledged me but rather kept their conversation going. I waited asbI thought that they might need a minute yet nothing. Finally one of them says if I want to order to use the kiosk since they no longer can use the cash register. I approached the kiosk and we had question about the king brulee blended aka Queen brulee. My sister had a question in regards to the creme brulee to which my sister decided to ask one of the women behind the counter "What is Creme brulee? Like what does it kind of taste like?" To which the worker looks at my sister and with a scrunched up face and bothered like face says "What!?". She made it seem as if the question made no sense and neither did she make it feel okay to ask question in regards to the drink. Then a third worker, a male, came out from the back, to whom they told him there was 3 Queen brulee to make, he looks at the ticket and shakes his head as if bothered that he had to make them.

We ordered the king brulee and krak coffee with boba. The staff were very friendly and SUPER fast! The fastest service I have ever had a boba spot. Delicious, will be back

I’ve tried a ton of boba spots around Chicago, but Krak Boba in Riverside has easily become my new favorite. Their drinks are straight-up next level—especially the Frapstar. Oh my gosh, the Frapstar with chocolate is pure perfection. Creamy, rich, perfectly balanced sweetness, and that chocolate hits so good every single time. It’s dangerously addictive. What I love most is how customizable everything is. You can really make each drink your own, and they never miss on the execution. The quality and consistency are top-tier. Huge shoutout to the incredible Trina! She is an absolute GEM. Every time she’s on shift, the experience goes from great to unforgettable. She’s so efficient, friendly, and genuinely cares about getting every drink right. You can tell she puts love into each cup she makes. It’s rare to find that kind of energy and attention to detail. We don’t get to see her as often as we’d like, but whenever she’s there, it makes our whole day better. Management needs to know—they’ve got a superstar on their team! Thank you Krak Boba and thank you Trina for making our boba runs so joyful. We’ll be back again and again! 💛 Highly recommend, especially the chocolate Frapstar. 10/

Located on Chicago and University Avenues in the Town Square shopping center with plenty of parking. I stopped here for an energy boost so I immediately eyed their 'Coffee' menu. I ordered their 'Matcha Coffee' and I added Boba, which is served over ice. It was exactly what I needed! The drink had somewhat of a heavy texture and was so refreshing. Their menu consists of 'Milk Teas, Smoothies, Fruit Teas, Coffee flavors', and a variety of topping selections like Boba, Coffee Jelly, Pudding, etc. Prices are very reasonable. Service was fast and efficient. Shout out to 'Leann' who was friendly and helpful with the menu. There are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your treat. I had a great experience here and will definitely return to try other flavors.
